
My name is Benjamin, and I created Praetereo not as a business idea, but as a personal necessity, a call to build something that reflects the journey I’ve lived and the values I stand for.
After high school, I dedicated three intense years to studying mathematics.
I wasn’t just solving equations, I was looking for structure, for truth, for something solid to build my identity on.
But life doesn’t always follow a formula.
I moved into the working world, taking on small jobs in hospitality, learning to serve, to listen, to adapt.
I worked with major retail companies, discovering how large systems function, and where the human element often gets lost.
I’ve always been drawn to discipline.
That drive led me to earn a black belt in Chinese boxing, and to become well-versed in strength and conditioning, not just as a sport, but as a way of living with intensity and clarity.
For six months, I trained with the French Special Forces.
That experience taught me that strength alone isn’t enough, it’s mindset, conviction, and belief that carry you through the hardest moments.
Most of the time i fail, like a lot of us do, but failure is not an end to anything, it’s a way for us to learn, grow and keep going on the path we chose to explore, and if that path cuts our wings, then we just have to accept it is not meant for us and seek another one, without ever loosing hope.

Praetereo was born in France as an answer to a deeper question:
How can we improve the human condition, starting with ourselves?

I realized that what I needed, and what many others seek, is not motivation, but structure.
Not advice, but direction.
Through Praetereo, I explore and share what I learn about:

I don’t claim to have all the answers.
But I’m obsessed with asking the right questions, and walking alongside those who want to do the same.
This isn’t just a company.
It’s a mission to keep my own mind clear, my body strong, and my spirit aligned, while helping others do the same.

It means showing that purpose and perseverance are still possible, even in a world that often forgets them.
